Identify what you want to put in your bio. Make sure it has plenty of detail, but isn’t so long that the hiring manager will get tired before making it to the end of it.
Research companies you want to apply to and make sure they are looking for people with your bio in your given field. If they aren’t, keep on applying and researching until you find a company and field that is a good fit for you.
