Turning Off AutoComplete in Chrome and Firefox Web Browsers
You can turn off auto-complete in any Web browser by going to the settings. In Chrome, you can click Chrome > Settings > Show advanced settings. After that, click Content Settings under Privacy and then hit the Auto-Complete Setting button. In Firefox, you can type about:config in the browser’s address bar and then press Enter. Under the network.dns.disable_lookup_optimization option, set it to true by double-clicking the entry.
