I am Sylenth1 user and have had problems with my installation in FL Studio 12. In general, I get a “Device error” or “Unable to connect device” error box.
Specifically, if you have a problem with Sylenth1 not working fl studio 12 , you can try the following steps:

Verify that your audio interface is properly connected and configured
On Windows, check the Mixer application that appears right after you launch Fl Studio. Make sure that your audio interface is shown in the bottom panel (if it is present). On Mac OS X, go to System Preferences and make sure the device is displayed in the Audio section. If you have multiple devices, make sure “Internal Audio” is selected. If your audio interface is missing, please check our FAQ to find out how to fix this issue.

Disable any antivirus software that may be interfering with Sylenth1’s operation
Some Antivirus programs may be interfering with Sylenth1 and the connection to our server. Use a different internet connection or disable your Antivirus completely. Instructions on how to disable your Antivirus can be found on the web.
If you want a more detailed description about how to disable your Antivirus, here you go
Steps to turn off your antivirus to enable Sylenth1:
1) Turn off your antivirus and enable it again. You will have to restart your PC before the antivirus is fully disabled and enabled. If you are using Windows Vista or 7, use the following steps: Control Panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall a program. Select the program you want to uninstall, and then select Uninstall.
2) Restart your PC afterwards.
Steps to turn off your antivirus to enable Sylenth1:

Open up FL Studio 12 and create a new project
Click on the Start button, then click on the Programs folder and click once on Fl Studio 12. If a new window opens up, go to the File menu and select New / Project. Now, we need to set the system to 32-bit bit depth, so select Edit / Project Settings / General / Audio Interface Setup. Select the appropriate setting (32-bit is recommended) and move on to “Audio Impacts” in “Customize: Samplerate & Bit Depth”. Make sure the “Sample rate” is set to 44khz, and the “Bit depth” is set to 32-bit. Click OK three times.
Click on the “Playlist Editor” button on the far left, then click on the [+] (plus) sign next to “Sample Content From.” [Note: The sample content is from Sylenth1 by CrackerJack, which I used for this tutorial. However, you can use anything you like.] Click once on the Playlist icon (the square with three dots inside), then hit “OK”. If a new window opens up, go to File / New / System and select Sylenth1 – Spirals.
Click [Here] to download SYSTEM_SYL-NO1.zip (46MB) from justinware.com. I’ve put this system in a folder and given it the name Sylenth1 .
If you do not have Sylenth1, then download it from this link: http://www.justinware.com/downloads/sylvnohd/ – Click on “Download now”. Once it is downloaded, place it in /home/USERNAME/Sylenth1 .

Load up the Sylenth1 plugin and start tweaking the settings to your liking
Go to the Channel Rack by pressing the button in the top left corner of your screen. You can create a new channel by pressing the New button, or you can just drag the Sylenth1 plugin onto a Channel Rack pad. Now, you are ready to start tweaking all those knobs and nodes! The most common problems are solved by just turning off the “Mute” button on the Channel Rack and make sure that the “Sync” button is on. Press play, and if everything works as expected, great! If not, please proceed to step 6.
Go to the Options menu found in the top right corner of your screen. Find “Audio” in the list and click on it. Uncheck the box which says “Enable Audio Limiter” and press OK. Now, go back to the Channel Rack and press play. If everything is still not working as expected, please proceed to step 7.
Go to Options>Preferences>Plug-in Manager and set “Priority” on Sylenth1 to 100% (top priority). Done!
