The price tag for the device is set at $1799 USD, which is quite expensive for a product that is a ‘concept’. However, taking into consideration the fact that it only connects to your spotify account and doesn’t have bluetooth capabilities, the price tag seems appropriate. It may be possible to be able to connect 3rd party apps to the device in the future and therefore be able to lower the price, however this is only speculation. The potential for the glasses to become cheaper looking into the future is encouraged by a small audience that has been able to purchase the product now. I believe that the price tag for this item will eventually be lowered due to demand.

Although, in my opinion this is not something that I would use often due to the fact that it is unlawful. However, one of the most important features is the fact that you can change the colour of the glasses frame to whatever fits your mood. This is a great feature as I often find myself changing my accessories (for example: rings) to fit me outfit or occasion.
There are a few apps available on the spotify glasses. For example, spotify connect, which allows you to wirelessly stream music from your phone without having to take it out of your pocket/purse. Another is spotify players which can be used to find songs and make your own playlists.
