Introduce the new play that you saw and give a brief synopsis
The play that I saw last night was a great performance. It was a fast-moving drama, which is exactly what my friends and I were looking for. It started off with the two brothers, who had just found out they were going to be separated by their parents because they were grown. The older brother, who was a doctor, was going to go to medical school in England, while the younger brother, who was going to be a writer, stayed in Australia. The play showed how hard this was on them; they were torn between their parents and their homes. At the end of the play they made up and decided to live together. I thought it was a very sweet story that showed how good people can be no matter what happens.
The play was very well written, and the actors were also excellent. I must say that I have never thought of the background of a play before. It is in fact very interesting and helps me to appreciate all that goes into it. The characters are very believable because they are based on people in real life. In Shakespeare’s plays they are made up, but the characters in this one are based on someone that you could meet and know fairly well. The director, Malcolm Dixon, did a great job with the scenery and costume changes too. He has made a lot of changes to make the play more interesting.
Talk about your favorite character and why
I liked the older brother. He had to leave his family and friends behind, but at the end he made it up with his parents and decided to live with them. He was a great doctor, too. I liked that he was willing to save people even if they did not have money. He was very kind and loving to his little brother, even though he should be mad at him because he couldn’t go with him to England. That’s why I would like to meet him in the future, and find out more about his life.
And I liked the little brother. He was kind of grumpy, but took care of his brothers. He was a good brother, too. I liked that he always stood up for his brothers, even though they were fighting with each other all the time. That’s why I would like to meet him in the future, too.
Discuss the themes of the play and what you took away from them
The theme of the play was family and how strong it can be. I really enjoyed that it showed that even when we are mad at our family members we still want to be with them and how family can overcome anything to stay together. I also took away the idea that no matter your age or what you do, you can always be a great person at heart. I thought the play had a good ending which was funny because it made you think what would have happened if it didn’t.

I really liked the play. I thought it was funny and touching at the same time and was a great story to watch. It told that there is always hope and love in the world no matter how bad some things may be. I think that it would be a great play for someone who is going through family hardships or is living on his or her own to watch because it gives them hope that they can still be with their family no matter what happens. I would recommend this play to others because it is a wonderful story.

I had a great time seeing such a good play. I was upset that it ended so quickly, but that just meant that I needed to go see another one. The theater was really nice and the actors were fantastic. There were several other people there who wanted to see this play like me so we all sat together in the seats and talked about it in between each act. Of course, the story was so touching. It makes me want to be a doctor and save people even if they do not have money! I can’t wait to read the book this was based off of and maybe see another play.
The play was based on a book, but things were a bit different than the book. Some other things that weren’t in the book were added to make it more interesting. There were times where I would think something wasn’t going to happen, but then the director decided to change his mind about it. I thought that was pretty cool. I’ve never been so close to the actors before. They were just a few feet away from the audience and it seemed like they were in my lap since I was so close. It was great.
