What is Kami and what does it do
KAMI is a platform of various tools and add-ons that, as the name implies, automates what you do on your computer. These tools use automation and predictability to help streamline your experience with computers. KAMI was started by two computer students who wanted to create a company that focuses on people’s happiness with technology. To do this, KAMI is filled with various tools that make daily computer use a more enjoyable and productive experience. One of the most notable features of KAMI is the ability to automate processes. In other words, you tell it what to do and it will do it for you. For example, if you need your computer to turn on at a certain time everyday, KAMI can do this for you. Instead of having to move a mouse click everyday, KAMI will turn on your computer at the same time everyday. If you would like your computer to open specific programs at regular times, KAMI can also do this for you. You simply tell it what programs to open and it will automatically open those programs at scheduled times.

Why you should save automatically with Kami
The main advantage of using KAMI to save automatically is that you will never lose work again. Let’s face it, no one likes losing work. Who knows what could happen in a week, month, or two months from now? How can you afford to lose all the effort and hard work you put into your writing, graphics, music production, or other art forms. KAMI provides a solution; it will save everything that you do and allow you to get back to what you were doing without thinking about it. No more worrying about not saving your work or losing all your precious artwork, music, and writing.
No more wasting time redoing the same thing, over and over and over again. KAMI will do the saving for you automatically. There is no limit to how much you can save. After you’ve used up all your hard drive space, just use the online backup feature on Kami’s main website to additional disk space where you can store more backups from before and after using KAMI!
Kami is designed so that there are three ways to save: manual or automatic save, and a third option for online backups. First, let’s discuss manual saves. Manual saves can be done in one of two ways. The first is when you actually complete your work and quit KAMI. It will ask you if you want to save your work now or later. Until now, you haven’t had a choice about whether or not to save your data. Now, you can decide what works best for you and your working habits.

How to use the autosave feature on Kami
To use KAMI’s autosave feature, you must have an active subscription. To activate a subscription, search for “KAMI” at the KANOLE webstore ( http:store.kano.liproductkami ). Depending on your system configuration and type of computer, you may be prompted to register with KANO-LA ( http:www.kanole.comlogon?lang=eng ), later in this article I will explain how to register if you are not so prompted). Once you have registered, you can use KAMI by going to mozilla. org ( http:www.mozilla.org ) and downloading the KANOLE browser ( http:kano-la.com/kano-browser2 ). If you are using the Firefox browser ( http:www.mozilla.org/products/firefox ) and have the Add-ons feature turned on, you should be good to go.
To access KAMI’s settings, go to Kana-La’s top menu, select “Options”, and then select “Features”, then right click and select ‘Show Menu”. Select “On”.

Frequently asked questions about autosaving in Kami
Once you have installed KANOLE and activated a Kami account, the next step is to start KAMI. Click on kami and then click on “Start Program” (or “Autosave”). You will be prompted for the name of your computer. If you are going to run more than one computer’s autosave, make sure that it is unique. Next, check the box next to “autosave frequently,” and then click on “Choose.” You will be prompted for your password again. Type in the password, click on “OK,” and then double click “autosave.” You have just created your first KAMI account. If you want to create another one, go to “cancel” underneath autosave and then go to the top of the page. Here you will find a button labeled “create new account.” Click this button and follow the prompts.
From here on out, you will probably want to do a periodic autosave. Why not just let the computer do it for you? There are a few good reasons. You might forget when you should be bothered by an autosave happening. You can get lost in your work and then not know how much time has passed when you are interrupted. Finally, you never know when your computer will shut down or crash, causing you to lose all of that work. So, in order to be responsible and productive, it is best that you keep track of your own autosaves.
