Introduce Trello and explain its features

Trello is a set of boards, lists, or cards that can be used for task scheduling and project management. It was founded in 2010 by Joel Spolsky and Michael Pryor. Trello is designed to be a fast, visual way for teams to communicate. Users can create both private and public projects, which are then assigned to different boards. Trello does not require any special plug-ins from the user’s computer, which allows it to be used on mobile devices. The boards can also be accessed on a computer through the use of a web browser.
Within each board, users have the ability to create tasks and list them on different lists. These lists can be organized into columns. Tasks can also be placed onto multiple lists, allowing the user to see what is most important at the moment. Any member of a project has the ability to create tasks and add files, images and other attachments using their computer or their device. They also have the ability to write comments about that task. A task can also be added to multiple columns, allowing for further organization.

Show how to create a new Trello board

Users create a new Trello board by clicking on the “New Board” link in the upper-left corner of the site’s interface. The main purpose of a Trello board is to organize and track projects. Once created, users can rename their boards to suit their needs. After creation, a user can add members to their boards. The members will then receive email notifications that they have been added to a new board , as well as voting privileges. The boards will have a “members” section that shows all the members and their permissions levels.
**Problems with creating a new Trello board?** Here are some tips for creating the board in an efficient way:
-When adding new members, wait until after you have completed creating the entire board. Otherwise, your list may end up with a lot of duplicated information.
-Trello makes it very easy to enhance your board by adding attachments. It is best not to add attachments to the board creation page. It becomes difficult after the initial creation of your board as you will want to add new members and other information.

Add cards to the board and assign them different colors

Trello cards or boards are the interface used to organize items into lists. Users can add cards to a board by clicking the “+ Add” button in the top-left corner of the screen. The user can also drag and drop files from their computer onto Trello. If an item is dragged and dropped, it automatically adds a card to a board. They can then assign a color to each card, which will make it easier to see the items being tracked. A user can also assign individual cards, or all cards on a board, a different color. This coloring feature can be used on cards that are added to different boards.
Trello users can also create powerful visualizations with their cards and boards. Cards come in a variety of forms, allowing users to estimate completion dates or even create a project roadmap. These different card features are created using checklists, attachments, labels and comments.
An unlimited number of boards can be created on Trello, which allows users to organize items in many different ways. A user can use the card colors assigned to each card on a board to create color-coded project plans. They can also create boards that are then used to track the item progress. For example, a user might create a board for each stage of their project and then use cards of different colors to keep track of how far along they are in each stage.

Create checklists and due dates for each card

Users can create checklists to keep track of their projects. They can also assign due dates to each card. If a card is due before the due date, the user will receive an email notification. The user can then click on the card and invite additional users to join their board. A small checklist icon appears next to each checkbox in Trello. This looks like a bell icon with a down arrow in it.
Title:Manage your email address
If the user would like to manage their email address, they can go to the settings page and select the “Email” tab. The user can see their current email address and how many emails have been sent from it. If the user does not want to receive email notifications from Trello, they can click on “manage notifications”.
The user can then select “Do Not Send Me Any E-mail Notifications”. They will no longer receive emails from Trello.

Share the board with others and collaborate on tasks

Users can share their boards with anyone they want. They can also invite other users to collaborate on a project. The user will receive an email notification when someone has joined the board, or when another user has requested access to the board. This “drawer” is a feature available in the iOS and Android versions of Trello. It allows users to pull up their boards and invite others to collaborate on a specific project. Once the invitee receives the email, they can click the Trello logo and join the board.
Trello is available as a web-app, iOS and Android apps. The Android version of Trello has a “drawer” feature that allows users to collaborate with others on a project. These users can pull up a specific Trello card and invite others to collaborate on it. The users will receive an email when someone has joined the board or requested access to it.
The Trello app has a favorites feature, in which the user can save boards that they would like to revisit later. The favorite boards are located on a separate tab and can be accessed with just one click from anywhere on the app.
