Razer Warranty Basics
This manufacturer’s warranty is for repair or replacement of the original product only. If the product has physical damage, the customer is responsible for any additional charges necessary to repair such damage. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accidents, shipping, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire or other external causes.
To obtain a RMA number please submit the details of your request at support.razerzone.com and your product will be tested and inspected by our RMA department. Only after confirmation of fault will a replacement be issued.
In addition to the aforementioned information, please include a copy of your proof of purchase and if possible, photographs. Also please be advised that customer service closes every Sunday at 16:00 so it is important to submit any requests before this time. The RMA department cannot accept requests after this date.

Registering Your Razer Product
All RAZER products require a valid product registration number. Your registered product name should be inscribed in the warranty information box on the underside of the unit. Location: Internal Hand Side or Internal Leg Side. To locate your RAZER product warranty information box, check the underside of the unit for a warranty sticker. You may also go to our website at www.razerzone.com and look in Customer Support > Warranty Information to view or print a copy of the warranty registration form.
* Register your RAZER product under your name by filling in all required fields on the warranty registration form and sign the form and submit.
The RAZER Product Registration Program (PRP) is an easy, convenient and cost-effective way to register your product. The RAZER PRP is a web-based automated system that provides RAZER support staff with detailed information. It also allows you to get in touch with the Support staff if necessary.
