Log in to your Walmart account
If you are unable to cancel your Walmart order, you can contact customer service. You must have a way of locating this information as well, such as via the email address you used when signing up for the subscription. This can be done through a call to customer service.
Log in to your Walmart account. Click “My Account” Select “Order History” Locate the item that you would like to cancel, and select it Locate “View/Cancel/Return this item” Fill out the information, and complete the process by clicking “Submit.”

Click on the “Manage Subscriptions” link
This can be found by scrolling down the page. Clicking on this link will take you to the manage subscription area. On this page, you can scroll down to “Your Subscription History” and use the login information that is given there. If you have used a different email address for your account, use the email address associated with this subscription instead. If you do not have access to this email address, please request the password via “contact walmart” and then log in using the new password.
Due to a recent change in their security measures, it is not recommended that you use your previous “Subscription Confirmation” email address.”

A government agency that gets involved with the Walmart case will have to be the Department of Justice (DOJ). Not only does the DOJ have responsibility for antitrust cases, it has antitrust enforcement authority. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), which would investigate Wal-Mart’s business practices, does not have any enforcement authority except in cases involving mob influence or fraud, where they can issue an injunction against the company.

This is to prevent any other site using the old one you used for this subscription. Be on the lookout and visit that e-mail address only if necessary; otherwise, it can cause problems.
Please note: This is the first and only article of this nature I have written. I am writing it because people have been getting upset over their cancellation efforts, but it is my understanding they are not reading the content of the message they give to Walmart, as well as the reply they get back from Walmart.

When filling in the cancellation fields, be sure to cancel your subscription completely. If you are still receiving deliveries, your cancellation may not go through.
This will not cancel your store card. You should also be aware that if you have more than one delivery subscription with Wal-Mart, you must cancel each of them individually.
In order to complete cancellation, click on the “Cancel Subscription” button in the footer of the page which provides access to your account details. This will take you to a page where you can input your email address and password and then click “CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION” at the bottom of the page.

Enter your reason for cancelling and click on the “Submit” button
This is an important step to ensure that your cancellation goes through. The reason you choose should be short and concise. If you are struggling to find a reason, you can enter “I don’t want the service any longer.” This should cancel your subscription and there is no need to enter anything else. If you want to add an additional reason for canceling, you can do so below the first box.

In order to complete your cancellation, we need to make sure it’s coming from a real person and not a computer.
The confirmation steps will be displayed. If you do not enter the correct information, your cancellation cannot proceed. By entering your initials and clicking on the “Submit” button, you are giving us permission to cancel this subscription.
