what is a breaking point

A breaking point is the moment in time when a person or a group of people becomes frustrated and desperate enough to contemplate violence as an option. It’s when a crisis situation has reached the highest level of seriousness.
A breaking point is reached when:
• The situation has the potential to become a crisis.
• The crisis presents a clear and present danger of physical harm, such as the solution is too dire to allow for negotiations.
• It’s impossible to resolve the crisis without some form of violent intervention. When the situation has reached a critical point, there typically isn’t enough time for a peaceful resolution to occur.[1] Violence is the only viable means left in resolving that situation.
Calling a situation “critical” is not a call to violence. Violence has always been a viable option for that situation.
The breaking point is a moment when surviving is the only option for everyone involved. It’s when someone finally becomes desperate enough to take the life of another or their own, regardless of the consequences or personal cost.[2] A person or group thinks of harming another person, or themselves, in order to escape those circumstances.
Without the pressure of a breaking point, people are more likely to engage in de-escalation. When someone is at a breaking point, they can no longer negotiate a peaceful resolution. A person or group is willing to use violence as a means to escape crisis situations.

how to find your breaking point

The answer to this question is that you must find a person or persons, who are willing to share their thoughts and feelings with you. You must ask yourself: why do they feel the way they do? Why are they so tense and stressed? What are their emotions? What do they feel like doing ? What would make them happy and satisfied? Remember, one of the elements of realization is self-awareness. Therefore, you need to learn what motivates these people in order to understand them and relate to them better. Another important element to consider is, who would they tell? How do they express themselves? By using their own words and phrases. Asking them questions and listening to what they have to say will bring you the necessary information that you need. However, don’t stop there: keep inquiring until you get the right answers. To find your breaking point, you must develop an active listening skill.
Use the subject of your topic to find out more about people’s feelings and emotions. For example, if your topic is finding your breaking point, do the following: ask yourself: where does a person break down? Is the breaking point related to what’s happening in their life or is it unrelated to their life? What kind of stress or tension does it cause them in their everyday lives? Include these questions in your essay. Consider these points when you write. And now you’re ready to find out what makes these people tick.
While your topic is a person, you still need to approach it in a logical way. If a person is stressed, then it’s probably because he has too many worries. After all, if the problem persists, then it could become serious. In this case, you need to determine what’s causing it. Why is the person so stressed? Is it because of their work life? Is it because their job is boring them or causing them to be sad? In this case, you need to consider the following questions:
Being stressed because of homework
Stress caused by a personal problem
Stress caused by an illness.

the benefits of knowing your breaking point

The benefits of getting to know your breaking point are that you will be able to control your emotions and manage the crisis situation better. For example, if you find that being stressed is normal for you, you may be less likely to take out your anger on someone else. In fact, knowing what the consequences of breaking point are can help you prepare yourself in advance. You can also keep yourself more calm and collected and thus able to deal with the situation more effectively. Remember that people are not limited to only one way of reacting in a crisis situation. If you can appeal to them in a different way, they may react in a different fashion. For example, if you were afraid of people, this would be the perfect time to talk calmly to them so that they know what it is that bothers you and why it bothers you. If you do not know your breaking point, you will be more inclined to let your emotions get the best of you in a crisis situation, which could lead to more problems.

examples of people and things with high breaking points

A person with a high breaking point is someone who has a relatively low self-esteem. For them, all their failures in life have been because their victory in some aspect of the world. They will tell you that they have very little self worth, are not important and therefore feel that they have nothing to contribute to the world, are useless, and unappreciated. An example of this type of person is a young teen who has had problems at school and feels like everyone else thinks they are stupid and worthless. The reason for the high breaking point on their part is that they feel that things aren’t going their way, and they have hard times accepting and dealing with the fact that no matter what they try, it doesn’t work out for them. They conclude that there is something wrong with them and because of this, are constantly looking for someone or something to blame. The problem with this type of person is that everything they do ends up being unsuccessful, because what works for one person does not work for another. This can cause some tremendous emotional problems. Therefore a person with a high breaking point can be extremely destructive.
