Cascade Complete is a weekly product that allows me to do an easy work-out based on a 90 count bodyweight circuit. Share a few tips on how to get the best results from Cascade Complete
First of all, you should do the workout every week. It will not matter how good of a shape you’re currently in, so long as you use this product and get better each week, your body will change for the better. We do recommend using your own judgment about how much to lift and how many reps to do, but you should always push yourself to be a little bit stronger or a little bit faster with each workout.
If you’re really new to lifting weights, we would recommend starting with the 8-exercise beginner program and then moving into a 12-exercise intermediate routine a few weeks later. The total amount of time it takes you to get good at each exercise is much less than if you were to start out on an intermediate routine, but the results will be exactly the same. That’s because once you get a good feel for the importance of training with each exercise, you can continue to use that same routine for many years. The only difference then is that you will be able to add a few extra exercises.
