Describe the types of anchors
Anchors are also called a fixed object. Usually an object massive enough to resist movement due to wind, waves, or currents. A ship’s anchor is a heavy metal device used to hold a ship in shallow water or mud so that it will not drift or move when there is no wind to hold it in place. An anchor can have one or more flukes (like a cross) attached to a ring or shank and chain by which it can be pulled downward or raised upward. It is a common misconception that the word “anchor” is only used for these implements. The deceptively simple-looking anchor symbol, or logo, is used as a trademark by an American business called Anchor Hocking.

Discuss the benefits of anchors
Most real estate transactions are settled in a matter of days or weeks, not months. Anchor Sales and Service can get your entire transaction to this point in the shortest possible time. In addition to buying and selling, Anchor Sales and Service also provides other professional services such as wills, trusts, and probate.
Anchor Sales and Service was born in 1993, when the real estate industry was still adjusting to the technology-driven world market. We started by providing appraisals and title searches, but now offer a full range of services to real estate professionals.
The history behind our name is a story all its own. The founder, Ken Norris, chose Anchor Sales as the theme of his company because he wanted to establish credibility as an industry leader and set himself apart by offering superior products and services along with knowledgeable staff.
It was Anchor Sales that offered the first 24-hour service in this area. Today, we offer not only 24-hour services but seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Share a case study or two
One of our agents, Pamela Anderson, joined Anchor Sales and Service in 1982. She quickly became a valued member of our team and was invited to participate in Homeowner’s Association meetings and other local associations. By 1988 she was elected president of the town’s Homeowners Association where she served for three years. Some of her achievements during that time include: directing the location of our new office, setting up a meeting with town zoning officials to discuss zoning issues, and arranging for sidewalk repairs on Main Street. [..] Anderson currently resides with her husband in the town of Anchor, where they raise four children. She has been a board member for the town’s Chamber of Commerce, and has served on numerous other community committees during her tenure.(see url url url url url url)

OUR RESPONSE: We need you to share more than just one story. That is only one of the reasons why we say “Share a case study or two.” We need some other customer stories and testimonials including at least one that is negative, plus others where the customer might be anonymous. Focus on results, not emotions. Focus on the facts, not hype. Focus on the outcome, not the process.
