A typical day would be assigned to a particular client, or group of clients, and work with them to find ways they can solve their problems. In this role, I try to make sure that my clients are completely satisfied with their results. I have been able to develop a deep understanding of what they are trying to accomplish and look for ways they can get there. It is important to me that they understand exactly what I am doing and why. There are times when a client may not have all the resources to get to the final goal, so it is important that I am able to guide them along, and have the patience that is needed in order for them to get there.” [APPENDIX, Para 2.16]
