“What are some of the most difficult challenges you have faced in your role?”

In this role, I try to make sure that my clients are completely satisfied with their results. I have been able to develop a deep understanding of what they are trying to accomplish and look for ways they can get there. It is important to me that they understand exactly what I am doing and why. There are times when a client may not have all the resources to get to the final goal, so it is important that I am able to guide them along, and have the patience that is needed in order for them to get there.” [APPENDIX, Para 2.16]

When I hear this question, I make sure that I take a moment before asking a question. First, I am thinking of what is most important to me from this interview. “How do you go about solving problems?”

I always try to take a holistic approach to solving problems. I look at the problem from all possible angles, and make sure I have as much information about the issue as possible. When I know enough about the issue, I am then able to effectively determine the best solution from all of the options available. I also make sure that I have a complete understanding of the ramifications of any decision I make to ensure it is the correct one, and that there are no unintended consequences.” [APPENDIX, Para 2.18]
