The UK Gambling Commission’s first Enforcement report

Earlier in the summer, the UK Gambling Commission (‘the Commission’) published its first Enforcement report (‘the Report’), providing an overview of the Commission’s enforcement activity in the preceding financial year. The aim of the Report is to highlight that key areas of concern to the Commission, summarise the lessons to be learnt with a view to helping the industry to raise standards.
