The German Federal Court rules on PayPal’s Buyer Protection Policy

A verdict by the German Federal Court of Justice (‘BGH’) of 22 November 2017 may well impact on the business model of internet payment provider PayPal Inc., in what is to be considered a potential landmark case for e-commerce.
