Saudi Arabia: The Cloud Computing Regulatory Framework

The Communications and Information Technology Commission’s (‘CITC’) Cloud Computing Regulatory Framework (‘the Framework’) entered into force on 8 March 2018. Data Protection Leader spoke with Matthew Kirkham and John Balouziyeh, Associate and Legal Consultant at Dentons, respectively, about the Framework.
